| We
have been recognized with twenty five architecture, landscape architecture,
urban design, and planning awards at the local, regional, and national
levels. Our honors include the coveted American Institute of Architects
award for Excellence in Urban Design for the design and implementation
of the East Cambridge Riverfront Plan. Begun in 1976, this project has
been hailed as a "National Model" redevelopment of a 40 acre former industrial
riverfront into a thriving mixed use district.
Equally important to our design
skills is the proven ability to guide our projects successfully through
the public review process with efficiency and creativity. Our firm has
represented both public and private sectors in their city, town, or village
approval process. We have incorporated experience from the approval
process into our project approach, and clients benefit from this accumulated
knowledge both in terms of time and cost
