Our
approach centers on working as closely as possible with our client's committee,
and possible interest groups cited by them. Throughout our planning and
design studies it will be necessary to digest many diverse opinions, some
seemingly contradictory information, and translate them into a viable,
unified plan. Our approach has always been to develop the common denominators
from diverse sources - to bring together those goals that are economically
feasible, politically realistic, and maximize architectual and social
impact.
